    2. Lease Abstracting: Review & abstract key provisions in lease & mortgage documentation.


    3. Insurance Abstracts & Review: Abstracting client insurance requirements from mortgage documents & providing ongoing surveillance to ensure compliance with loan terms.


    4. Commercial loan Underwriting: Loan origination for different lenders based upon standard underwriting guidelines. The committed loan is subjected to standard debt service coverage ratios & LTV as per the property types.


    5. Asset Summary Preparation: Credit committee report generation and asset summaries keeping in mind the rating agencies criteria.
